Carbonization Plant - Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, organize, and implement production process sheets, process change forms, operating procedures, and emergency response plans in accordance with carbonization plant standard operating requirements.

2. Conduct regular process inspections, adjust process parameters as needed, and monitor product performance test indicators to ensure stable on-site production.

3. Identify and resolve production issues, conduct risk assessments, and ensure safe and stable operations in line with company safety requirements.

4. Propose and implement technical improvements and cost-saving measures to optimize efficiency and reduce energy consumption, supporting the company's cost-control objectives.

5. Manage daily product quality control activities to meet established quality standards.

6. Monitor and adjust key process parameters to maintain stable production conditions.

7. Maintain and organize all work records and data logs to ensure product traceability and prepare related reports.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, or a related field.

2. Proficient in process technology routes and safety emergency response procedures.

3. Strong ability in process improvement, innovation, and coordination.

4. 3-5 years of hands-on production experience in carbon fiber manufacturing.

5. Junior professional certification is preferred.

Spinning Plant - Process Engineer

Responsibilities:


1. Monitor the implementation of process procedures and parameters by operators to ensure smooth production operations.

2. Review the accuracy and validity of production records filled out by all positions.

3. Collect, analyze, and maintain production records and process logs for the plant, providing essential data for operational needs.

4. Perform technical and economic analysis of production to support cost control initiatives.

5. Propose rationalization suggestions for spinning process optimization to ensure technological advancement.

Aggregation Plant - Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor process parameters and product quality indicators, analyze and summarize production performance to ensure stable operations and consistent product quality.

Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation, maintenance, defect elimination, repair, and emergency fault handling of the company's substations and power distribution facilities. Execute assigned tasks related to electrical systems, cables, or other engineering projects.

2. Perform switching operations in 10KV substations and complete switching tasks according to dispatch instructions.

3. Correctly implement relevant directives from superiors, and ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, operation regulations, maintenance regulations, dispatch regulations, and site-specific procedures to guarantee personnel safety during operation, maintenance, repair, emergency response, and construction. Ensure the safe, stable, economical, and high-quality operation of substation equipment.

4. Responsible for submitting plans for spare parts and components for electrical equipment and electrical devices in various plant divisions.

5. Prepare and submit statistical reports on the department's operation, construction, and maintenance work, ensuring all documents and records are complete and properly maintained.

6. Monitor the status of the company's electrical operation, electrical maintenance, and cable maintenance. Frequently conduct site inspections to analyze the implementation of operation and maintenance procedures and resolve related technical issues.

7. Complete team management tasks and other duties assigned by superiors.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

2. Proficient in knowledge related to high and low-voltage electrical equipment.

3. Familiar with professional knowledge of equipment such as frequency converters, motors, transformers, power regulators, and automation devices.

4. Minimum 8 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.

5. 2-5 years of experience in managing teams of 2-3 people.

6. Intermediate Engineer Certification is preferred.

2. Familiar with the structure, working principles, maintenance, and related professional knowledge of equipment in the chemical/manufacturing industry.

3. Knowledgeable about equipment management systems and spare parts management processes in the chemical/manufacturing industry.

4. Understanding of quality system regulations such as ISO9001.

5. 2-5 years of experience in equipment management within the chemical or manufacturing industry (experience in the carbon fiber industry or frontline work experience is preferred).

6. Professional certification in chemical/mechanical engineering (intermediate title) is preferred.

Sales Engineer
